ur winery produces the following range of PROSECCOs: SPUMANTE D.O.C. BRUT; SPUMANTE D.O.C. DRY; SPUMANTE D.O.C. SUPERIORE DI CARTIZZE; D.O.C. FRIZZANTE DI COLLINA (semi-sparkling); D.O.C. "DESGROPANTE" sur- lie (semi-sparkling); D.O.C. "CRU MOLIANA" (still wine). In addition we also produce: CHARDONNAY EXTRA-DRY SPUMANTE; PINOT GRIGIO DEL PIAVE D.O.C. (still wine); and a couple of red wines: CABERNET DI LISON- PRAMAGGIORE D.O.C. and PINOT NERO DELLA MARCA TREVIGIANA.

Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C. Superiore di Cartizze

A real "superior" fully sparkling wine; elegant and fruity bouquet with delicate and fresh taste.

For the connoisseurs' tables; it superbly matches any desserts.


Chardonnay Extra-Dry

Elegant and full-bodied, with delicate flavours and very fine taste.

It's ideal as aperitif; it suits well a very wide range of courses.


Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C. Brut

Very fine perlage, dry and light aromatic taste.

To be enjoyed throughout the entire meal, is perfect as aperitif and to prepare fruit cocktails.


Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C. Dry

Delicate, aromatic and light: it shows a fine and enduring perlage. Fresh and fruited in taste.

It's a very agreeable wine, suitable to match desserts.

Fresh, dry and round taste. Fruity typical aroma from hill grapes.

To be served throughout the entire meal or whenever you feel like, thanks to its freshness.

"DESGROPANTE"

Wine of strong personality thanks to the special sur-lie fermentation; fresh, alive taste with pleasant fruity shaded aromas.

Carefully pour and serve from a carafe in order to separate the deposit from must.


Prosecco di Valdobbiadene D.O.C. "Cru Moliana"

Characteristic delicate lightness and balance. Fine flavour with fruity shades.

It perfectly matches appetizers, fish and white meat.


Pinot Grigio del Piave D.O.C.

Pleasant flavour; developed, harmonic, dry and full-bodied taste. To be served with light fish, vegetable-based hors d'oeuvres and various other courses.


Cabernet Lison-Pramaggiore D.O.C.

Ruby red colour, clean and slightly herbaceous aroma reminding raspberry.

It enhances roast meat and game, as well as any tasty dishes.


Pinot Nero della Marca Trevigiana

Ruby red colour with garnet reflections, distinctive intense bouquet with scents of ripe fruits.

To go with tasty and/or spicy roasted meat, in particular goose and duck.
